What TinyScheduler does

TinyScheduler helps private tutors schedule lessons with their students. You pick times, send a link, your student picks one, and the lesson is confirmed.

Your responsibilities

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Student data

When you add a student, you're sharing their name and email with us so we can send them scheduling links and lesson confirmations. Make sure you have their permission to do this.

Availability

We aim to keep TinyScheduler running reliably, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may take the service down for maintenance. We'll try to give you notice when we can.

Account termination

Limitation of liability

TinyScheduler is a scheduling tool. We're not responsible for:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amazing Humans LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you haven't paid us anything, our liability is limited to $50.

Disclaimer

TinyScheduler is provided "as is." We don't make warranties about its fitness for any particular purpose, its reliability, or its accuracy. We do our best, but we can't promise perfection.

Disputes

If you have a dispute with us, email support@tinyscheduler.com first. We'll try to work it out. If we can't resolve it informally, any legal action will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and heard in courts located in Delaware.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
