Frequently asked questions

How do I create an account?

Open TinyScheduler and enter your email. We'll send you a magic link. Tap it and you're signed in. No passwords to remember.

How do I schedule a lesson?

Tap "New Lesson," pick a student, choose a few times that work for you, and send the link. Your student picks one. Lesson confirmed.

Do my students need an account?

No. Students book through a web link you send them. They don't need to download the app or create an account. It works in any browser.

How does the booking link work?

When you schedule a lesson, TinyScheduler creates a unique link with your proposed times. You send it to your student. They open it, see the options, and pick the one that works. You both get a confirmation.

Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?

Yes. Open the lesson in the app and tap Cancel or Reschedule. Your student gets notified automatically by email.

What are group lessons?

Group lessons let you schedule one lesson with multiple students. Each student gets the booking link and picks a time independently. Same flow, more students.

Is TinyScheduler free?

Yes. TinyScheduler is free during the beta.

How do I get help?

Email us at support@tinyscheduler.com. You can also tap "Contact Us" in the app — it opens an email with your device info already filled in. We respond to every message.
