Amazing Humans LLC ("we," "us") operates TinyScheduler. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account information: Your name and email address when you sign up
• Student information: Names and email addresses of students you add
• Lesson data: Scheduled lessons, times, durations, and statuses
• Device tokens: If you enable push notifications, we store your device token to send them
• Usage data: Basic app interaction data (pages visited, features used) to improve TinyScheduler

How we use your data

• Scheduling: We use your data to schedule lessons, send confirmations, and deliver reminders
• Communication: We send transactional emails (magic links, lesson confirmations, reminders) to the email address you provide
• Push notifications: If you opt in, we send lesson reminders and booking notifications to your device
• Improvement: We use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve TinyScheduler

Third-party services

We share data with these services only as needed to operate TinyScheduler:

• Resend — sends transactional emails on our behalf (magic links, confirmations, reminders)
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — delivers push notifications to your device

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for profiling.

Data retention

• We keep your account and lesson data as long as your account is active
• If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days
• Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days after deletion

Your rights

You can:

• Access your data — email us and we'll send you a copy
• Correct your data — update your name or email in the app, or email us
• Delete your data — email us and we'll remove your account and associated data within 30 days

Security

We store your data using encrypted connections and follow standard security practices. Passwords are never stored — we use magic link authentication.

Children's privacy

TinyScheduler is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and notify you in the app.
